A connected chain of evidence
Depending on the use case, workflows can include farmer and farm registration, production activities, inputs, harvests, aggregation, quality checks, batches, warehousing, transport, documents and buyer-facing product information.
Right information for the right audience
Operational users need complete records; buyers and auditors need defined evidence; consumers often need a concise product story. We design role-based access and deliberate disclosure so visibility does not mean exposing sensitive farmer information.
From pilot to dependable practice
We start with a product, geography and buyer requirement, define the minimum data set, test capture in the field and expand only when records are consistent. Dashboards, QR-linked views and exception handling are configured against those needs—not added as decoration.
Where it matters
Mango, cashew, grains and other value chains can use a similar record architecture, but each needs its own quality, documentation and buyer rules. We work with anchors, cooperatives and field teams to reflect that reality.
Traceability starts before the QR code
A code has value only when the records behind it are accurate. We define identifiers and handoffs first: who records an activity, what evidence is required, when a batch changes custody and how an error is corrected. The public-facing story then draws from a dependable operational foundation.
Designed for trusted participation
Farmers and field teams should not face forms that are too complex to complete. Buyers should receive the evidence they need without unnecessary personal data. We design simple capture steps and appropriate visibility for each actor, then test the process in the places where it will be used.
